It is and will always be our intention to meet the needs of our readers and advertisers in every possible way. We can be reached by phone at 905 720-1975, or you can fax us at 905 720-1978. The Durham Business Mall accepts advertising under the following conditions:
1. The Durham Business Mall reserves the right to refuse or cancel any advertising for default of payment or any reason that proves detrimental to The Durham Business Mall or any of its clients.
2. We reserve the right to change our advertising policy and/or our pricing structure without notice.
3. In consideration of publication of any ad, the advertiser and their agents shall not bring any harm to The Durham Business Mall in any form, and against any loss or expense (including attorney’s fees) arising out of that publication, including any losses or expense resulting from a claim or suit for libel, invasion of privacy or copyright infringement, or any other claim based on the content of subject matter in the advertisement.
4. The advertiser assures The Durham Business Mall and its readers that the advertising fairly and accurately describes the item or items advertised. The Durham Business Mall makes no guarantees for its advertising.
5. Refunds may not be made after the publish date, due to the nature of Web publishing. We will accommodate changes to advertising without charge within the limits of the advertising contract specified above in our package pricing.
6. The Durham Business Mall is not liable for any costs or damages if for any reason it fails to publish an advertisement.
7. Clients can be held legally liable for the contents of their Home Pages, and may be held legally accountable if their Pages include defamatory comments, or copyrighted material without the permission of the author.
8. In the event of a dispute over intellectual property The Durham Business Mall may choose to remove part or all of the pages in question until the matter is settled.
9. Material that is generally offensive to the Web community including blatant expressions of bigotry, racism, or hatred will not be permitted by The Durham Business Mall. We prohibit pages that promote illegal activities or physical harm or injury against any group or individual. Pages that contain pornographic material are not welcome. Pages that are in violation of these policies may deleted without warning.
10. The Durham Business Mall is not responsible for the delivery of any goods or services sold or advertised through its Commercial Home Pages.
11. No conditions other than those set here shall be binding on The Durham Business Mall unless specifically agreed to in writing by The Durham Business Mall.
